Pix Launcher works without an account. If you signed in with Google, you can delete your Pix Launcher account data from inside the app, or ask us to do it by email.
How to delete your account
Open your account
In Pix Launcher, open Settings, then Account, and open your account settings from your profile.
Tap Delete account
A short summary shows what is removed, what stays on your phone, and that this cannot be undone. Choose Keep my account to stop here.
Choose a reason
Pick why you are leaving to continue. If you chose Found a bug or Other, you can contact support first.
Confirm
Type DELETE, then press and hold the red button for 3 seconds. Pix Launcher signs you out and shows Account deleted.
What happens to your data
- Deleted: Your sign-in and every Pix Launcher session
- Deleted: Your name, email, profile photo and other profile details
- Deleted: Device details linked to your account
- Kept: Purchase and usage records, kept without any link to your name or email
- Kept: If another Inspire app uses the same Google sign-in, your account stays for that app
- Kept: Items you unlocked and favorites saved on your phone stay on the phone
Retention: Your personal data is removed as soon as you confirm, with no waiting period. The account cannot be restored.
Can't open the app?
No access to the app anymore? Email us from the address of your Google account. We will delete your Pix Launcher account data the same way the app does, then confirm by reply.
